ONLINE PAYMENTS
You can now pay your rent from the comfort of your own home! Please make sure to read the provided information carefully so that you are familiar with how the system works.
How It Works:
You will be asked to enter your check information and address the payment is to be credited to. There is a small fee for your check payment through PSN. Please understand that Venture Management does not receive this extra fee. We are doing this simply as a service to our tenants and do not profit in any way from an online payment. You are more than welcome to continue to mail or drop your payments off to our office if you choose.
Service Fee:
The service fee for online payments is $1.50. So, for example, if your rent is $400.00, your online payment would be for $401.50. Venture Management will receive your $400 payment only. All service fees go to Payment Service Network.
If you elect to set up a reoccurring automatic withdrawal from your checking account (making a one-time arrangement to have your rent automatically withdrawn from your checking account every month), Venture Management will pay the service fee associated with that payment each month and you will not be charged.
Note: Since Venture Management is using PSN to process your check or credit card payments, PSN and their toll free number "877-390-7368" will appear on your bank statement.
I am interested in online payments. I do understand that if a payment is made, there may be a $1.50 service fee added to my total.
